The Principal Technical Consultant, Integrations Specialist is the functional and technical expert of a customer engagement team - consulting with customers and configuring ServiceNow Integrations based on configuration best practices. They design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party software platforms, programs, and applications, resolving errors, providing support, and developing procedures to navigate complex system overlaps.
