The Subscription Product Analytics Manager will play a crucial role in our Subscription & Compliance Analytics team, collaborating with product managers, Pricing Strategy, Legal, Platform Engineering, Subscription Management, and Pricing Ops to ensure new products are measurable, accurate, transparent, and reproducible.
- Collaborate with the NPI (New Product Introduction) team to bring new products to market and support operational process improvements.
- Proactively meet with business units to understand enhancements to existing products and the development of new ones. Act as the use verification approval point.
- Advocate for all products to meet standards of Measurability, Accuracy, Transparency, and Reproducibility (MATR).
- Serve as the authority on use verification documentation for new products and product updates. Ensure Use Verification Analysts are well-informed prior to product releases.
- Work closely with the Pricing Strategy team and participate in stakeholder meetings, particularly on new product introductions, licensing, and usage.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Train cross-functional teams on best practices related to product use verification, usage rules, and verification processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Design workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and implement these improvements.
