The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow processes and data governance. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience within IT with strong technical skills
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Strong experience with road mapping and strategic directions
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities, including modules like ITSM Benefits
