As a Chief Technology Officer at ServiceNow, you will be responsible for leading the opportunity management of both Expert Services and Success Services sales within designated strategic accounts. You will work in coordination with the license sales teams and partners to drive the highest levels of services customer satisfaction scores. Key Responsibilities

  • Sizing and scoping proposals for successful project delivery
  • Developing rollout and deployment plans for licensed ServiceNow products
  • Ensuring revenue recognition in a predictable and timely fashion with minimal risk
  • Liaising with the Delivery organization to provide expected revenue performance numbers

You will act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding ServiceNow's Expert and Success Services portfolio. This includes leading engagement negotiation, working with the license and solution sales teams, and identifying business development plans for accounts with low customer satisfaction or adoption/usage.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in selling professional services and/or solutions in the software industry, specifically in the Federal space. They will also possess excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of cloud application technology and trends.
