ServiceNow Techno-Functional Analyst

We're seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Techno-Functional Analyst to join our Colleague Experience team. This role requires a strong understanding of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) principles and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow HRSD with strong knowledge of configurations and best practices. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, designing and maintaining all HRSD applications, providing expert guidance on utilizing ServiceNow HRSD capabilities, and leading data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.

Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, 5+ years' experience designing and configuring ServiceNow HRSD applications, and 3+ years' experience with backlog, demand, and incident management.
