Role: ServiceNow - App Vulnerability Remediation

Location: New Jersey, Tampa-FL, Tempe- AZ

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate vulnerability data sources with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response.
• Analyze vulnerability findings, assign remediation tasks, and track progress.
• Collaborate with application owners, developers, and security teams to ensure timely remediation.
• Automate workflows for vulnerability management and reporting in ServiceNow.
• Generate dashboards and compliance reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to organizational security policies and regulatory standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Security Operations (Vulnerability Response, Incident Response, ITSM integration).
• Experience in Application Vulnerability Management processes.
• Understanding of common security vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10, CVE, CVSS scoring).
• Hands-on experience with automation, workflows, and dashboards in ServiceNow.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of patch management, remediation SLAs, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with security tools (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, etc.) and integration with ServiceNow.
