Analyst - Jr. ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a proven track record of working with large enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-level functional analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation in support of ServiceNow priorities.
• Lead requirements management and elaboration activities, translate business needs into technical requirements, and ensure alignment with Agile, SDLC, and release management processes.
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing and grooming the ServiceNow product backlog, supporting release planning and management, and developing SOPs and related documentation.
