Job Overview

Neos is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer to work on a contract basis with our client in Austin. As a ServiceNow Senior Developer/Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for the development, core configuration, administration, maintenance, support, and technical expertise of TxDOT's ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance/Integrated Risk Management implementation.

Responsibilities

• Implement Governance, Risk, and Compliance/Integrated Risk Management (GRC/IRM) in TxDOT's instances of ServiceNow.
• Drive process and requirements discussions, including demonstrations of application capabilities.
• Provide architectural recommendations, guidance, and design overall technical solutions.
• Core platform configuration updates and enhancements to Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to support GRC/IRM.
• Development to implement GRC/IRM including Policy and Compliance, Advanced Risk Management, Audit Management, Continuous Authorization Monitoring, Privacy Management, Workspace configuration, Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards.
• Support, drive, and document for all SDLC activities including Technical Design Document including Requirements Traceability Matrix, UAT remediation, Knowledge transfer documentation and sessions to steady state support team.
• Develop scripts, workflows, and flows on the ServiceNow platform to automate tasks and integrations.
• Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
• Build out modules, customizations, and configurations based on customer requirements.
• Provide alternatives to customizations by exploring out-of-the-box capabilities and configuration.
