Business Analyst Role Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

In this role, you will analyze business requirements, design ServiceNow solutions, and ensure seamless implementation of ServiceNow modules.

• Gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Design and propose ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, and scripts to meet business requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow solutions.

Key qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
