ServiceNow IRM Architect (32141)

Job Description The ServiceNow IRM Architect is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of risk management processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities Solution Design and Architecture:

• Design and architect ServiceNow IRM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive IRM architecture that aligns with organizational goals.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the IRM solutions.

Implementation And Configuration

• Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM applications, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Implement workflows, integrations, and automation to streamline risk management processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to build and deploy custom applications and modules.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to stakeholders on best practices for risk management.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate users on the IRM solutions.

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the IRM solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to ensure the IRM solutions remain current and effective.

Compliance And Governance

• Ensure that the IRM solutions comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation for the IRM architecture, configurations, and processes.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a focus on Integrated Risk Management.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM applications, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules and applications.
