As a seasoned ServiceNow Developer, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission-critical systems and applications. Your expertise in ServiceNow development, including hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow platform components, is essential in delivering high-quality solutions. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize applications and services within the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop catalog items, workflows, and business rules using Flow Designer and scripting.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain system performance by identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, release notes, and system specifications.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and systems lifecycle management.
• Provide technical input to review boards, and support change and release management processes. Requirements:
• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizing ServiceNow applications.
• Experience with Flow Designer, catalog items, UI policies, client/server scripts, and integration tools.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and document business processes.
• Experience in systems evaluation and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
