We are seeking an experienced Leader who can drive the development of complex applications, modules, and integrations for our organization. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of ServiceNow and its associated modules, as well as strong leadership skills to manage and mentor a team. About the Role:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth through the development of complex applications, modules, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
- Leverage ServiceNow administration tools to configure and customize objects that support operational workflows.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and performance.
- Develop technical design documentation outlining solution architecture, workflows, data models, integrations, and user interfaces. Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of overall development experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a manager/lead of a team.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Development, including CSM, ITSM, HR Service Delivery, ITAM, ITOM, and SecOps.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CAD, CIS, or CSA.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
