ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Technical Leadership Role

The Principal Software Development Engineer is a technical leader who plans, designs, and builds multiple complex ServiceNow solutions. Main Responsibilities

• Architect and implement high-impact integrations across enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Develop highly complex bi-directional integrations within ServiceNow using direct experience and expertise.
• Utilize inbound Scripted REST APIs (SRAPIs), outbound REST Messages/Methods IntegrationHub, MID Servers, Credential Aliases, and other tools to build scalable integrations. Key Requirements
• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, custom API development, and integration requirements.
• Expertise in REST, pub/sub/queueing systems, OAuth, and other web technologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow's scoped applications.
• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow's data models and CMDB.
• Ability to identify potential architectural pitfalls before implementing solutions.

Collaboration with multiple teams is essential to define integration requirements and ensure best practices are applied. The ideal candidate will provide mentorship to other developers and serve as an expert for all things ServiceNow and SN integration.
