Job Title: ServiceNow ITx Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consulting professional to lead our growing global ServiceNow capability, driving strategic growth and innovation in the ever-evolving technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive vision for the ServiceNow capability globally, aligning investments, talent, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to build and evolve offerings with a strong emphasis on ITx (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into actionable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop long-term relationships and provide exceptional service, delivering high-quality outcomes and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Lead teams on strategic engagements, ensuring quality delivery, supporting team growth, and providing meaningful work opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities in collaboration with account and market leaders, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Shape proposals, lead solutioning, and support go-to-market campaigns, leveraging industry expertise and best practices.
  • Manage a team of ServiceNow consultants, architects, and developers, inspiring, mentoring, and guiding them to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee solution design to ensure alignment with client goals, ServiceNow best practices, and organizational standards.
  • Champion quality, scalability, and long-term client success, driving excellence and innovation in all aspects of the role.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of consulting experience, with a focus on building capabilities, client engagement, client delivery, business development, account management, and partner alliance management.
  • Deep domain expertise in ServiceNow, with a proven track record of leading ITx-focused implementation projects and driving successful business outcomes.
  • Ability to support a practice vision and work with practice leaders and experts to build a viable solution for client needs.
  • Experience managing a consulting practice to successful business metrics, including revenue growth, client satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Active ServiceNow certifications required, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams, drive growth, and deliver exceptional results.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow teams, develop talent, and lead distributed workforces, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
