As a seasoned Senior Technical Analyst/Architect, you will serve as the primary technical point-of-contact and manage technical delivery from global/offshore teams.
You will understand the current class manager structure and identify unwanted custom classes, removing them from the CMDB using standard procedures.
Gather business services and associated application services lists and details from client teams, coordinating with application and infrastructure teams to comprehend all layers of technology stacks inputting into event management and service maps.
Analyze instance status and prepare project plans to apply the CSDM model in the environment.
Define technical solutions at an architectural and design level of detail, aligned with ServiceNow Implementation Best Practices on event management.
Understand customer requirements, study current configurations, and translate them into solutions, communicating effectively with clients.
Experience in implementing various IT Service Management processes like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and defining ITIL processes.
Expertise in ServiceNow deployments, integration with third-party tools, orchestration, operational activities, project management, and merging multiple instances.
Worked on end-to-end implementations of the CMDB module using Discovery tool in ServiceNow.
Translate business requirements into technical architecture, utilizing out-of-box functionality to minimize required customization.
Define technical solutions for architecture and design that align with clients' business problems and ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB implementation best practices.
Evaluate tool stability and performance, providing recommendations.
Participate in planning meetings, provide feedback, and review application issues as needed.
Define and document best practices and strategies for application deployment and infrastructure maintenance.
Knowledge of new ServiceNow modules, including Discovery, CMDB & Event Management, ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, and ITIL process knowledge, and ITOM Architect expertise.
