- Manual and automated testing in a low-code environment with a focus on ServiceNow platform functionality.
- Collaborating with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Designing, executing, and documenting test cases, participating in Agile ceremonies, managing multiple test phases, and ensuring traceability of requirements, defects, and test results.
