ServiceNow Practice Head

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to lead, develop, and grow a successful ServiceNow capability and delivery unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Practice Building: Develop and execute strategies to build and grow the ServiceNow practice.
• Solution Architecting: Design and implement innovative solutions using ServiceNow products and platforms.
• Capability Building: Build and maintain expertise in ServiceNow products and platforms.
• Business Pursuit Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Operations and Delivery Management: Manage day-to-day operations and deliver results.
• P&L Ownership: Own and manage profit and loss for the practice.

Requirements:

• 18+ years of experience with 2-3 years in a ServiceNow practice leader role.
• Deep understanding of the industry, trends, competition, challenges, and opportunities.
• Experience handling global responsibility (US, Europe, UK, APAC Regions).
• Experience managing multiple accounts with P&L responsibility.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Ability to manage and influence stakeholders in a global environment.
