- Location: PAN India
- Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the CMDB within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure CMDB solutions meet business needs.
- Implement and enforce CMDB data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain CMDB documentation, including data models, workflows, and processes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the CMDB development team.
- Perform regular audits and data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Integrate the CMDB with other IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow CMDB best practices and industry trends.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on CMDB functionalities and best practices.
- Experience
- experience in CMDB development and administration within the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience leading CMDB projects and teams.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience with integrating CMDB with other ITSM processes and tools.
