ServiceNow Practice Head @Bengaluru/Hyderabad

Live-Connections seeks an experienced ServiceNow Practice Head to lead the development and growth of our successful ServiceNow capability and delivery unit. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 18+ years of experience in IT services, including 2-3 years as a ServiceNow practice leader. Core Competencies:

The ideal candidate will have deep industry expertise, a strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, and experience in handling global responsibility across multiple regions. They should also be comfortable working in a matrix organization with excellent communication and networking skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving delivery, including successful client implementation and business growth in current accounts. They must be able to manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders in a global environment.
