ServiceNow Practice Head @Bengaluru/Hyderabad

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our ServiceNow capability and delivery unit.

The ideal candidate should have at least 18 years of experience, with the last 2-3 years in a similar role as a ServiceNow practice leader.

The core competencies required for this position include:

• Practice Building
• Solution Architecting
• Capability Building
• Business Pursuit Management
• Operations and Delivery Management
• P&L Ownership

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving delivery, including successful client implementation and high CSS and CSAT ratings.

They should also be comfortable working in a matrix organization with excellent communication and networking skills.
