Join Avantenow as a skilled ITSM ServiceNow Technical Consultant and help us design, develop, and implement innovative ServiceNow solutions to boost our IT service management capabilities. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to craft tailored ServiceNow ITSM modules that streamline processes and enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows that meet business needs.
  • Implement and support Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge management processes within ServiceNow.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other tools.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations.
  • Analyze information from ITSM tools and recommend process improvements.
