Job Overview
The ServiceNow Engineer will oversee the management of ServiceNow implementations and custom application development to ensure seamless deployments, integrations, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute ITSM implementation projects and complete ServiceNow lifecycles.
- Design and develop custom applications in ServiceNow.
- Manage ServiceNow deployments and third-party tool integrations.
- Handle support, maintenance, upgrades, and migrations.
- Apply ITIL standards to evaluate customer needs and industry standards.
- Develop and manage workflows, self-service portals, and service catalogs.
- Work with key ServiceNow features like Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
- Manage data loads, event management, and update sets.
Requirements:
- Experience in ITSM implementation projects and ServiceNow lifecycle.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow custom application development and deployment.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow components: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, etc.
- Hands-on experience with CMDB, workflows, incident and change management.
- Experience with self-service portals, service catalogs, and workflow development.
- Strong ITIL process knowledge for evaluating customer requirements.
