Job Overview

The ServiceNow Engineer will oversee the management of ServiceNow implementations and custom application development to ensure seamless deployments, integrations, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute ITSM implementation projects and complete ServiceNow lifecycles.
  • Design and develop custom applications in ServiceNow.
  • Manage ServiceNow deployments and third-party tool integrations.
  • Handle support, maintenance, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Apply ITIL standards to evaluate customer needs and industry standards.
  • Develop and manage workflows, self-service portals, and service catalogs.
  • Work with key ServiceNow features like Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
  • Manage data loads, event management, and update sets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in ITSM implementation projects and ServiceNow lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow custom application development and deployment.
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow components: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with CMDB, workflows, incident and change management.
  • Experience with self-service portals, service catalogs, and workflow development.
  • Strong ITIL process knowledge for evaluating customer requirements.
