ITSM ServiceNow Technical Consultant

• *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced ITSM ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. As a technical consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to improve IT service management capabilities within our organization.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Implement and support ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other tools.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations.
• Analyze information from ITSM tools and make sound recommendations for process improvements.
• Requirements:
• 6-12 years of experience in ITSM ServiceNow Technical Consulting. Experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and features. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
