We seek an experienced technical consultant to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to enhance our IT service management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Design and Development: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Implementation: Implement and support ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
• Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other tools.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations.
• Process Improvement: Analyze information from ITSM tools and make sound recommendations for process improvements.
