Job Overview
As a ServiceNow Platform Expert, you will play a pivotal role in the overall success of our Service Management Technology (SMT) team. Your key responsibility will be to execute individual goals, plans, and initiatives in support of business strategies and objectives.
This position involves championing a customer-centric culture to strengthen client relationships and leverage broader Bank connections, systems, and knowledge. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as business analysts, QA Testers, Architects, and the Operations Team, to deliver high-quality releases. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor team members on task-oriented activities, ensuring seamless coordination between teams and teammates.
- Extract maximum value from business solutions by providing tailored recommendations that best fit the business needs, leveraging out-of-the-box versus heavy customization.
- Contribute to proofs of concept to optimize the use of ServiceNow modules for the business.
- Configure and develop innovative solutions on the ServiceNow Platform, including workflows, business rules, script includes, etc.
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation project teams, owning project delivery goals and timelines.
- Work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing effective time management skills.
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members.
- Work independently on project tasks without direct supervision.
- Offer Level 3 production support, addressing complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.
