This role is ideal for those who enjoy strategic planning and system implementation. As a Senior ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing large-scale ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture and integration, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs
- Liaising with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise strategies
- Leading ServiceNow roadmap development and defining governance for platform usage
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to developers and admins
- Evaluating new features, plugins, and integrations and making recommendations for adoption
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred), and 7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, including at least 3 years as an Architect. They will also hold ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in at least one module, and have a strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes.
Additionally, they will have exposure to AI/ML capabilities within ServiceNow, proven experience with ServiceNow application development, scripting, and workflows, and deep knowledge of platform architecture, MID servers, ACLs, and service portal design. Excellent customer skills, comfortable influencing senior executives, and excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are also essential.
