We're seeking an experienced professional to lead the design and implementation of a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) using ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ITIL processes, and integrating applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a CMDB solution using ServiceNow
• Integrate CMDB with other applications and systems
• Utilize ITIL processes for efficient incident and problem management
• Develop and maintain CMDB data models and workflows Requirements:
• Substantial experience with ServiceNow CMDB
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles
