ServiceNow Quality Assurance Expert
As a ServiceNow tester, you will leverage your expertise and experience to design and define test cases for customers utilizing the ServiceNow platform. You ensure testing efforts are well-documented and delivered with quality, owning the overall outcome of your projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with stakeholders to conduct thorough testing.
- Create and maintain comprehensive manual test cases.
- Develop and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) components.
- Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge articles related to testing processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Act as the testing subject matter expert (SME) and quality assurance point of contact for the customer.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure proper execution of test cases and add value to clients through consultation on testing strategy and improvement initiatives. Requirements:
- Business process experience on at least one suite and two process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong functional knowledge of at least one ServiceNow suite.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
- Certified System Administrator (preferred).
- Experience with creating ATF test cases (preferred).
- Excellent presentation, project, and situational awareness skills.
- Strong communication and attention to detail skills.
- Self-motivated individual who takes initiative.
