ServiceNow Architecture Leader
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our ServiceNow architecture efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the strategic direction of our ServiceNow platform and guiding a skilled team of architects in their work.
Your mission will be to combine technical excellence with strategic vision—helping us harness the full power of ServiceNow while maintaining the highest standards of governance, compliance, and performance. Key Responsibilities
- Leading a high-performing architecture team and owning the ServiceNow architectural roadmap.
- Driving innovation by identifying and implementing new ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
- Ensuring platform designs comply with enterprise architecture principles, security policies, and relevant regulations.
- Partnering with executives to align architecture with overall strategy and report on progress, risks, and opportunities. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation and administration, with at least 5 years in an architectural leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing ServiceNow strategies and roadmaps at scale.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITAM) and integrations.
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), ITIL methodology, and cloud platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIA, CTA) preferred; TOGAF and security certifications are a plus. What We Offer
