Role: ServiceNow Solution Architect

Location: Miami, Florida

Duration: 2+ months contract

Requirements:

• Implementation experience with SNOW and must be a techno- functional person.
• Design business processes, think through potential challenges, risk, dependencies & interfaces with HCM and other business functions to provide self-service workflow capabilities.

Key Requirements:

• 10-15 years of expertise leading design & solution architecture
• Workflow, ticket management systems and dashboarding/reporting
• Strong executive verbal and written communications
• Ideal if they’ve worked with MBB before, but not required
