ServiceNow Technical Lead

ServiceNow Developer Role Summary:Our organization is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, scripting, and development.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine
• Configure workflows, flow designer, and automation rules
• Set up forms, fields, and UI actions
• Manage access control rules (ACLs)
• Integrate with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs Technical Requirements:
• JavaScript (primary language for scripting in ServiceNow)
• Glide API (GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAjax, etc.)
• Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Workflow Scripts
• Service Portal development using AngularJS, HTML, CSS Desirable Skills:
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices (especially incident, change, problem, and asset management)
