Senior ServiceNow Architecture Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect to join our team and lead the development of our ServiceNow platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Architecting ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and SecOps.
• Leveraging ServiceNow best practices to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable platform usage.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solution architectures that meet business needs.
• Developing and maintaining architectural diagrams, data models, and integration blueprints.
• Mentoring developers and admins on best practices and providing technical leadership.
• Evaluating new features, plugins, and integrations to inform adoption decisions.
• Managing upgrades and ensuring backward compatibility of customizations and integrations.

To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, and relevant certifications such as CSA and CIS. You should also have a strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, exposure to AI/ML capabilities within ServiceNow, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
