ServiceNow Configuration Expert

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the ServiceNow platform is up-to-date and secure by conducting system upgrades, patches, and maintenance. They will also create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures, provide training and mentorship to junior administrators and other team members on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.

Additionally, they will monitor system performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations, stay current with ServiceNow updates, features, and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the organization, and enforce ServiceNow license management and governance.
