Key Responsibilities

Design and mature CMDB, ITSM, and other modules by organizing and applying updated policy and workflows.

• Mature business processes into Service Now applications to create self-service catalog improvements.
• Develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment for applications, forms, workflows, UI, Business Rules, ACLs, Catalog Items, and any other ServiceNow related configurations required to support client process improvements.
