An ITAM specialist designs, implements and maintains ServiceNow solutions focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Discovery modules. Main Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

To achieve these objectives, the ITAM specialist will work closely with business units to ensure alignment with strategic goals and deliver high-quality solutions.
