We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company. Key Responsibilities:

• Customizing applications and workflows
• Development, configuration, testing, and administration of the ServiceNow platform
• Incident and request management
• Access control (ACLs)

Skills:

• Over 3 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Hands-on with core modules and custom application development
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, ITIL processes, and relational databases
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices
