Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ender-IT is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect who will oversee the architecture and design of ServiceNow delivery projects. The role involves providing subject matter expertise, guiding developers, and participating in hands-on development and configuration of ServiceNow while collaborating with agile teams to deliver capabilities within the platform.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the architecture and design of ServiceNow delivery projects.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guide developers.
• Provide hands-on development and configuration for ServiceNow.
• Support platform improvements and modernization.
• Work with Business Process Consultants and Technical Architects in agile teams.

Skills

• 15 years of experience and minimum 2 to 3 implementation in HRSD Project.
• Oversee the architecture and design of ServiceNow delivery projects.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guide developers.
• Provide hands-on development and configuration for ServiceNow.
• Support platform improvements and modernization.
• Work with Business Process Consultants and Technical Architects in agile teams.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform features, with a focus on ServiceNow HRSD (primary), ITSM, ITOM, Procurement, and IRM.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and developing solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to deliver comprehensive ServiceNow solutions and provide expert guidance to development teams.
• Experience coordinating with other process and integration owners to ensure smooth platform integration.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) HRSD
• In-depth knowledge of HRSD (primary), Procurement, ITSM, IRM, and related modules.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform (10+ years preferred).
• Extensive experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Procurement
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM or ITOM
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
