Lead ServiceNow Tester

We seek a seasoned QA Lead/Test Manager to spearhead testing strategy, automation efforts, and quality assurance for ServiceNow implementations.

This role oversees test planning and execution, collaborating with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge in manual and automated testing across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM, as well as integration scenarios. Key Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and cases for ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Functional, Regression & Automation Testing: Conduct manual testing for ServiceNow workflows, user interfaces, and APIs, and design and execute automated test scripts using ATF and Selenium.
• API & Integration Testing: Validate integrations of ServiceNow with external tools such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and AWS, and perform REST/SOAP API validations using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or RestAssured.
• Test Management & Defect Tracking: Leverage tools like JIRA, ServiceNow Test Management, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps for defect tracking, and provide comprehensive test reporting, dashboards, and analytics to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies, experience with automated test frameworks including ATF and Selenium, and proficiency in API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or RestAssured. Additionally, they will be able to lead and mentor junior QA team members, collaborate with DevOps teams to incorporate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and guide and promote best practices in QA. Requirements:

• Strong technical skills in manual and automated testing, API testing, and test management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Experience with automated test frameworks, including ATF and Selenium.
• Proficiency in API testing tools, such as Postman, SoapUI, or RestAssured.
