Advanced ServiceNow FSM Professional

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow FSM applications and modules.

This position requires a strong ability to develop technical specifications, workflows, and integrations to optimize field service operations.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow FSM solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
• Design and implement workflows, resource allocation, and technician scheduling for efficient field service delivery.
• FSM Module Expertise:
• Configure and manage Dispatch Console, Work Order Management, Asset & Inventory Management, and Mobile App setup.
• Ensure seamless integration of FSM with ITSM, CSM, and Asset Management.
• Technical Implementation & Customization:
• Develop custom workflows, automation, and mobile functionalities to enhance field service operations.
• Integrate FSM with ERP, CRM, IoT platforms, and other enterprise systems.
• Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on FSM.
• 8+ years of experience working with FSM and other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, and Asset Management.
• Expertise in FSM applications, including Dispatch Console, Mobile App for FSM, Work Order Management, and Inventory Management.
• Hands-on experience integrating FSM with ERP, CRM, IoT, and other platforms.
• Strong understanding of field service workflows, scheduling, inventory management, and resource allocation.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and leading ServiceNow projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with IoT integrations in FSM for asset monitoring and predictive maintenance.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Performance Analytics for FSM measurement.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist FSM or other relevant certifications.
