Overview

This position will support GovCIO's USSS Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) proposal, emphasizing efficiency and effectiveness in IT service management. Responsibilities

• Develop ITSM strategy and service delivery.
• Contribute to recommendations for implementation consideration on service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Work independently or collaboratively with remote teams and clients.
• Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards.
• Configure ServiceNow modules and forms.
• Administer ServiceNow applications and update security configurations.
• Provide additional support based on subject matter expertise.
