ServiceNow Test Specialist

Job Title: IT ServiceNow Test Specialist

This position requires an individual to work within an Agile Scrum team, delivering quality software.

Candidates must be willing to work on site at one of three locations and have a valid U.S. passport.

The ideal candidate will have an active DoD Secret Clearance and relevant experience in test engineering. Key Responsibilities:

• Create automated tests using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Analyze capability requirements and collaborate with technical leads and test managers
• Work closely with the independent test manager to develop and execute test procedures
• Participate in sprint reviews and planning sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Develop detailed test plans, test data, and acceptance criteria
• Maintain validation traceability for software systems Basic Qualifications:
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification
• Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or Master's with 2-6 years Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience with ServiceNow administration and platform maintenance
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules
• Ability to perform code analysis and troubleshoot technical issues
• ITIL Foundation certification
