ServiceNow Developer Program with Security Clearance

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Main Responsibilities:

• Support the configuration and implementation of ServiceNow's ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
• Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles.
• Create and configure tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc).
• Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades.
• Assist with design, creation, and cataloging of business process flows.
• Work with other members of the ServiceNow development team to propose solutions based on business needs and strategies. Requirements:
• A US Citizenship.
• An active security certification that meets DOD 8570 IAT level II or higher (i.e., Security+).
• An active DoD Secret clearance.
• The ability to commute to Scott AFB, IL, Ft. Meade, MD, or Ogden, UT for full-time on-site support.
• A Bachelor's Degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience or master's with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
• At least 6 years of experience with the design, development, and support of technology infrastructure.
• At least 4 years of ServiceNow development experience. Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• Experience or familiarity with Agile development and testing methodology.
• Exposure to ServiceNow applications like Telecommunication Management System (TSM), Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI), Order Management Telecommunications (OMT) modules, etc.
