ServiceNow Architect

We're seeking a seasoned IT professional to drive our ServiceNow strategy and ensure seamless service delivery across the enterprise.

This key role will be responsible for designing scalable and efficient solutions that align with business objectives, utilizing in-depth expertise in ServiceNow Architecture and Integration, IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules.

• Develop comprehensive ServiceNow solutions spanning multiple modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, and custom applications.
• Lead the development of ServiceNow roadmaps, establish governance standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to define solution architecture.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and admins on best practices and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Evaluate new features, plugins, and integrations, making informed recommendations for adoption.
• Oversee complex integrations with third-party systems using APIs, MID servers, and IntegrationHub.
