Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect with a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow's architecture, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules.
• Ability to translate business needs into innovative ServiceNow solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive project success.
• Familiarity with US laws and regulations related to data privacy, security, and software implementation.
