HRSD Techno-Functional Analyst - ServiceNow Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow HRSD Techno-Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow HRSD principles and be able to lead the design, documentation and show backs of ServiceNow HR Services, Record Producers, SLAs, Lifecycle Events and Journeys.

The successful candidate will have experience in ServiceNow HRSD with strong knowledge of configurations and best practices. They will also have excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, documentation and show backs of ServiceNow HR Services, Record Producers, SLAs, Lifecycle Events and Journeys.
• Provide expert guidance and best practices for utilizing ServiceNow HRSD applications and capabilities to drive business process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business process improvements.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities across platform.
