Role: ServiceNow Developer- W2 Only

Location: Santa Clara, California

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
• Develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SecOps and GRC modules.
• Create and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows, flow designer flows, and custom applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other third-party tools and systems (via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.).
• Maintain existing ServiceNow environment including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Participate in architectural discussions and ensure solutions follow best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation including design specifications, configuration details, and test plans.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for ServiceNow applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10 to 12 years of overall ServiceNow development experience (including Portal Development)
• Strong hands-on experience in at least two or more ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM,, CSM, SecOps, or GRC.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.
• Experience in ServiceNow Integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, and MID Server.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Data Model, CMDB, and Configuration Items.
• Experience in custom application development on the ServiceNow platform.
• Solid experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Update Sets, Source Control (e.g., Git), and Application Repository.
• Experience in platform upgrades and patching with minimal downtime and risk.
