ServiceNow Technical Leader

We're seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Leader to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. About this role:

• Develop and implement comprehensive technical strategies on the ServiceNow platform
• Oversee configuration, customization, and maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Provide software coding and customization including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third-party software integrations, and custom application development
• Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards
• Conduct system testing and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance
• Lead and mentor junior developers in their professional growth
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices, standards, and security measures

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Experience in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HAM, SAM, Service Catalog, KM certifications and experience within the ServiceNow platform
