Job Title
As a critical member of our team, you will play a key role in driving the success of our organization by developing and implementing innovative solutions using ServiceNow. Your expertise in ServiceNow customization, scripting, and workflow administration will enable you to make significant contributions to our clients' experience.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ServiceNow customizations, including Scoped Applications, Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, workflow administration, and Reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design effective solutions.
- Write clear and concise documentation, making use of the knowledgebase module within ServiceNow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Essential Skills:
- 5+ years of overall Software Development experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years ServiceNow platform experience.
- Experience working with business users to identify business requirements and workflows, and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to write JavaScript code that is easy to read, follows standards with extensibility and reuse in mind.
- Ability to write AngularJS widgets for the Service Portal.
