ServiceNow Platform Administrator with ServiceNow Administration Certification is a huge plus , AWS Cloud DevOps Skill Sets.
- Someone who can manage ServiceNow platform - look at health of the platform , resolve issues at enterprise level . Someone who can integrate with lot of applications / apps internally . configure etc
- should be able to work upgrade , migrate , production support on new versions
- Must be able to work with new versions of servicenow , for eg - nowmobile was recently introduced by servicenow
- integrate servicenow with other applications
- AWS is must have
- Devops background - EC2, S3, CI/CD, Pipeplines , Jenkins
