Job Description
As a Technical Support Specialist on our ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to our customers. You will troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Your primary focus will be on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that it is running smoothly and efficiently. You will work collaboratively with other teams to identify and resolve issues, and contribute to the development of new features and enhancements.
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from routine maintenance tasks to complex system integrations. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in this role. Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in system administration or development with ServiceNow
- 2+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting issues and developing solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- 2+ years of experience working as a member of a medium or large-sized help desk
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator certification or training
- ITIL Foundation certification or training
- University degree in Computer Science or related field Benefits
